A2B Jets provides private jet charter services, including aircraft booking, flight coordination, and related concierge services. All services are subject to aircraft and crew availability.
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual flight conditions, airport fees, and additional services requested.
Full payment is required prior to flight departure unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept wire transfers, major credit cards, and cryptocurrency. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Safety is our top priority. The pilot-in-command has final authority over all flight operations. We reserve the right to delay, divert, or cancel flights due to weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns without liability.
While we strive for punctuality, flight schedules may be affected by factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes and accommodate alternative arrangements when possible.
Baggage allowances vary by aircraft type. We will inform you of weight and size restrictions during booking. A2B Jets is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed luggage beyond the limits required by applicable law. We recommend travel insurance for valuable items.
Pets are welcome on most flights with advance notice. Pet owners are responsible for their animals' behavior and any damage caused. International travel with pets requires compliance with destination country regulations.
A2B Jets acts as an agent arranging charter services with third-party aircraft operators. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the charter. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, cancellations, or other issues beyond our reasonable control.
All aircraft operators maintain comprehensive liability insurance as required by law. We strongly recommend passengers obtain travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
